Terms of Service
1. General Terms- I have the right to reject an order that i don't feel comfortable creating.- All drawings will contain a subtle signature that you cannot remove (not applicable for emotes)- Prices are subject to change based on demand.- Commissions may be recorded/live streamed and will be posted on social media unless requested not to.---2. Payment- Payment will be via Paypal Only. The prices are in USD.- Upon receiving the Commission, I will message you confirming the commission and will send you the receipt. I will begin the illustration once the money has been received.- You have the right to cancel the commission and will be fully refunded If I have not started however you will NOT be refunded if I already started the commission.- IF I cannot complete the commission, you will be notified and refunded the full amount.---3. Process & Delivery- You will be notified when I start on your commission .From there, I will be contacting you back and forth for revisions.- There will be revisions during: sketch, outline and final phase of the illustration. Each part of the revision includes free minor changes- Commissions might take from 1 week up to 1 month. If an emergency occurs and delays the commission, you will be notified immediately.---4. Extra Fees- All the drawings are for non-commercial use. If you want the artwork for commercial use, there will be an 50% extra fee added on top of the commission.- If you request extra work after approving revisions, you will be notified that an additional fee will be applied.---5. Copyright & Usage- I, Chevstaa (the artist), claim the rights to the drawing, Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted work to:-Promote myself everywhere.-Publish books with it. (artbooks, etc.)-Display it everywhere (social media & website, etc.)-Post it wherever i please.- The buyer is allowed to:-Use the commissioned work for -personal use unless agreed otherwise.-Can print the artwork and claim the character(s) as yours, but not the artwork itself.-Use the artwork to promote yourself. -Credit is not necessary but greatly appreciated.-Use the artwork on youtube (or other social media outlets) on monetized videos as long as the artwork is not the main subject for earning.- I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).---6. Do's and Don'tnote: I specialize in drawing cute female characters

Note:If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the before mentioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Chevstaa (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.
